You'll tap the expertise of world-class faculty and learn alongside talented, accomplished classmates from diverse industries and disciplines. The impact? Immediate, profound, and yours for life.

The compressed schedule allows you to graduate in only six academic quarters, with classes that meet once a month in compact two- to three-day modules.

What Makes Us Unique

The depth of focus on leadership sets the Seattle EMBA program apart from other Executive MBAs. Because the program is founded on the principles of the Executive Leadership Program (ELP), your first two quarters are devoted to finding your vision and voice as a leader and developing the insights and skills that will serve you as a leader in business and the larger society.

What You'll Gain

A deeper understanding of what it means to be a leader. All participants will spend the first two quarters in the Executive Leadership Program—a unique deep dive into leadership.

Advanced, in-depth business skills and best practices. During the course of the next three quarters, you will acquire the principles, tools and practices of an effective leader and begin putting them into practice.

How to apply your new business skills through the lens of leadership. In the final quarter of the program, you'll synthesize all you've learned in a capstone project of importance to you.
